Ive been a member at a few gyms and this one I plan on sticking around! The new owner came over to introduce himself and is super friendly! With years of experience and a wealth of knowledge I cant wait to see the changes to come! Ive been at different times of the day and your not fighting for machines and not full of beef heads! 10/10

Been going there 6+ years now. Always understanding, not out there to charge you beyond the grave.

Great little gym — clean, well maintained, and has all the equipment you need. Maryanne, the manager, is super helpful and sign-up was a breeze. Good value and a really nice atmosphere!

Love this little gym! It’s small but super clean, well maintained, and has everything you need. The first floor has all the main gear — cardio machines, weights, and strength equipment — and upstairs has more cardio machines and space for light workouts. Everyone minds their own business, so it’s easy to focus on your training. The membership price is really reasonable for what you get — great value for the facilities and atmosphere. Also, big shoutout to Maryanne, the manager — she’s super helpful and made the sign-up process so easy! Always enjoy working out here!

Clean and well maintained gym for someone just looking for the basics. Has almost all machines and stations that you’d want at affordable prices. Not a lot of parking and can get crowded inside, but patrons are friendly as well as the staff.
